New Ninebot ES2 has vibrating Electronic Brake that shakes
 

Hi everyone,

I received my new ES2 from Amazon a few days ago. I've only ridden the scooter around the house and I noticed some things that I am not sure if they are normal, or if this new unit is defective.

1) Applying the throttle - When accelerating, I have a slight vibration from the motor when applying the throttle. I don't think I noticed this when I first rode it.

2) Brake Shake - When applying the brakes, the front wheel will vibrate/shake as the scooter comes to a stop - almost like the brakes go on and off.

3) App Lock - When applying the app "lock". The brakes act the same way. If you try to roll the scooter forward, the brakes while shake on and off.

Is this how the scooter should behave, or is this a defective unit? This is my first e-scooter so I don't have any reference for this. Do brakes throttle themselves on and off, or should they roll-off as you release the brakes lever?

If it's defective, is there an easy fix? Is there a way to upload video footage of this?
