I have a Kickscooter ES2 I changed the control board for a brand new one but I have ERROR 35 on display the box of the control board has a Serial Number but i dont know what I need to do. please help me.

Hi,
I bought a controller board for the ES4 scooter, and I have an error 35 that appeared. I read several forums you mens made it clear that we can eliminate it with a technician account. I wanted to know if you have an account like that and if so if it would be possible to rent it just to unlock my scooter?
