Corvallis Segway
 

I made the mistake of purchasing an i2 off e-bay instead of through a dealer thinking that I could get a better price. It was damaged in shipment and Rick was great in helping me work out repairs, insurance claims, etc. even though he didn't sell it to me. Next time I'll go directly to him.

Segway Purchase
 

This was my first Segway purchase. I talked to Rick and told him what I thought I wanted. He didn't try to persuade me to not pick what I wanted, but told me a couple shortfalls with my choices. We worked it out as to what my choices were and made the order. My 2 segways actually came in a day ealier than what I expected.
I was/am very satisfied.

I purchased a used 180 to travel, it was exactly as represented by Rick , works superb , I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase.

A pleasant purchase experience
 

I bought my i2 Commuter from Rick at Segway of Corvalis as an EPAM Device (I am disabled). I had tried the Hoveround (Tank-like weight, slow, horrific range and speed) and a 3-wheel Rascal (Flipped over, and me onto the pavement, on a fast turn). EVERY call was answered promptly and he took a long...long time to make sure that everything would work, perfectly. I just wish the ratings went to "6"!

Sold i2 on consignment
 

I had an i2 that wasn't being used and put it on consignment with Rick to sell for me. I was very pleased with the transaction and would recommend him whether buying or selling.

I just purchased my second Segway from Rick. For the second time, he beat everyone else's price by $500. I bought a few accessories and his prices were exceptional on those as well. My order was shipped the same day that I placed it. I actually got it two days earlier than anticipated. It really doesn't get any better than this.
