Having trouble with the Ninebot smartphone application
 

I have a new Segway Ninebot S-Plus that I haven't used yet. I'm trying to go through the tutorial in the smart phone Ninebot Application, one of the first Tasks is to complete my profile, its all done except for my birthday. I enter my birthday but the application will not save my birthday so I can not complete my Profile, I've tried I can think of and I can't be the only one that has had this problem. Until I complete the app tasks my Segway will be limited to under 4 MPH. I would appreciate any help I can get.
