ES2 Charging Behavior

I have had my ES2 (and added the additional battery) for about a week now and am in love. The only complaint I have is that the documentation on these scooters is minuscule at best.

Firstly - I presume that it’s safe to leave it plugged in when charged to make sure it is ready to go? I use about 50% battery in my daily commute, and when I get home I pull it in the garage and plug it in until the next morning. Does anyone see issue with this?

Second, I just went out to the garage and the brake lights were flashing and the screen was blinking the battery status bars but nothing else. I unplugged it and turned it off and on, and when I plugged it back in it said 99. Was it just trying to indicate that it is fully charged or is something else going on?

I want to take a look at how the second battery is connected - I’ve had it complain in the app a few times that the battery was disconnected... I think large bumps jar it loose or something but it still works fine.

Thanks!

Battery and Brake Lights

First off, the battery.
You can leave it on at ALL times.
It can burst into flames, so if youre storing it unattended please
make sure it doesent sit on or near anything flammable.

Brake lights.
This is usually due to the rubber on the handle bar getting squezed into
the brake lever.
Carefully twist and bull it back 5mm.
