New minilite won’t charge
 

Purchased a new minilite but battery wouldn’t charge (charger stayed green) and unit wouldn’t turn on. Bought a replacement and having the same issue. Saw some comment about if battery sits too long in a warehouse this could happen? Anyone else hear of this or any other ideas as to what could be wrong?
