Segway of New Mexico
 

I purchased a stand that was specifically advertised as being compatible with all Segways, but actually it only works with second-gens and I have a first gen. I have now paid for multiple attempts to try to ship the item back to them (at their request), and they have tried to blame me, the post office, and other excuses for their false advertising. I was always courteous to them, but in spite of that the e-mails they sent me have become unbelievably rude for someone who is supposedly a professional representing a business (Shawn Desmond).

remember this is about a dealer not a product

Not a long winded discussion on some issue you have with him or her.

Say you like them or dislike them and why. One Post that's all that is needed

On of the few places I will mail order from. The have been super to work with.

I purchased a seghauler, golf kit, wheels and tires from them.

Always shipped on time without a problem.

I got a few things including my cool spinners from these guys. Always easy to deal with.
