Locking/Chaining my Scooter...Help
 

I just bought an ES4 Segway scooter. Can anyone recommend a lock or tell me how they chain it up?

Buy any bicycle chain but make sure it's rubber shielded to avoid scratches.

After much research I went for ABUS Granite X-Plus 540 230mm.
It's the most secure lock you can get. I put the u frame through the slats on the back wheel fold the bike up then place the locking bar over the front part of the scooter. This way it can't be unfolded. I put mine in a bike rack so that the u frame also goes through that.

In Detroit, a logging chain would be more appropriate than a bicycle chain, and an oversized case hardened padlock

bring it in . someone minght just take the battery off . so take it in
