Difficult to remain still

I have an early generation 2, i2.
When I come to a stop I need to have constant pressure on the lean steer in order to not slowly spin around in place.
Where is the adjustment for that and how is it done?

Tire pressure should be even, if not it will spin....Have you checked both tires?

I'll check pressure but is there anything else it could be?

1. Tire Pressue
2. Terrain- I’m sure you ruled this out
3. Leansteer- make sure it’s on straight, if it’s mounted a little off to either side the weight of it could cause pressue and cause this motion.
4. Leansteer Sensor (LS Sensor)- possibly out of calibration. This is the sensor that activates when you push the Leansteer either left or right. Not user repairable. You can have a dealer send the Pivot Assembly to Segway and they will install a new sensor and calibrate it.
5. EMI Filter- possible... this part is between the LS Sensor and the BSA. Typically when you replace the LS Sensor you replace the EMI Filter at the same time.

Also, if you are experiencing any jerky motion turning, then the LS Sensor is the issue.

Thank you for the information. I'm thinking tire pressure even though I did fill the tires, 15 p.s.i., a few weeks ago I noticed one was bulging slightly more than the other. Didn't know it could affect the leansteer.

Adjusting the column so it's vertical has solved this for me more than once - It's pretty sensitive and if it's leaning even a little bit to one side, it will want to turn circles when you're stopped

I just R&R the leansteer yesterday and looked at a few times and adjusted it till it looked straight, but I'll check it again if needed after I check the tires.
