Segway ES4 error 14
 

Hello,

I have the error 14 after 1 day of using my brand new ES4

Aliexpress doesnt want to help me at all and the seller is a scammer acording to more reviews.

Now I wanted to fix the error myself so I checked if there was a firmware update, but it is up to date.

Also opened up the throttle and checked if the magnets were loose but they are in place as well.

What to do next? Do I have to disconnect the external battery to check if it works or somerhing else?

Very sorry to hear that. Why not disconnecting the external battery? Give it a shot without it.

Did not help either. Any other suggestions? I heard if you replace the throttle yourself it will limit the speed
