SEGWAY ES2/ES4 error
 

So I got the error 14 and tried to factory reset the scooter and checked the throttle if those magnets were out of place but that was not the case.

Was brand new out of the box and ride it for 5 minutes than the error came.
Bought from aliexpress but the seller is a scammer acordingn to his reviews.

It was a couple of months ago arguing with aliexpress and they refuse to refund me.

What do I do next? Contact segway eu? Replace the throttle? (Which will limit the speed?)

I have no clue at this point.

It is the segway with the external battery.
