Extra battery on es2 not picking up with app
 

Hi if anyone can help I would be greatfull,just bought a bolt on battery for my es2 ninbot the battery registered at first on my app then all of a sudden no 2nd battery on app,and the battery has never lit up should have a led in it? If any one can help that would be great 😁

External Battery Not showing
 

I have two batteries which I interchange and have found the following. Ensure that you when you install the battery that you connect the botton part first then click the top. Ensure that the screws are tightened properly as it will give a loose connection.
You can charge the external battery separately with the included charger for the ES2. Try charging the external battery by itself for about 5 hours. There is a small black button just near the charge port. Pressing that is supposed to show the charge level of the battery. The battery itself has a 1 year warranty itself.
