I thought my mini plus would go 12 mph

Hello, I thought the mini plus was supposed to go up to 12 mph?
Mine tops out at 10.9 MPH? What gives?
How can I get to the 12 range?

Did you program it out of "turtle" or learner with your phone app?

Do you weight less than the maximum weight rating for the machine? With clothes?

How tall are you?

Are you measuring speed on a level surface? Are your tires filled "to spec pressure" with air?

These "mini" machines don't have the power of their larger cousins, and they were designed primarily for smaller people and easier rising environments...although they can do more than that.

I haven't ridden one of the minis yet, but I do think they look pretty interesting!
