Purchased a used ES4... Powers up but doesn't go

Hi Guys,

I purchased a ES4 that was separated into two pieces. I reconnected the 2 harness plugs and 3 connectors. It turns on, battery charges, and bluetooth works. However, it will not go. Is there something I'm missing?
