There was a whole lot more than a storm that victimized those people.

THere was a significant lack of people taking personal responsibility for their actions. Individually, local and State and federal government wize, and there is a very reasonable consideration of a dependent class of people that needs to be discussed...

I believe that these people were victimized by local greed and corruption, and welfare state classist mentality far more than the rain and wind.

I also believe that throwing technology into that hole is not the answer...

I personally believe that the sterling engine and the small power/water source package device that I have heard about is not the solution in an area that has an infrastructure like N.O. but an area where there is personal responsibility and no infrastructure...
