ES2 code 45 - battery discharged
Just received two ES2s. One works fine. The other straight out of the box has an alarm sounding, red spanner and code 45 . The app says "built-in battery is overly discharged and not available to charge. Please replace battery. "
I've tried swapping with the handlebar and the charger from the working ES2 - same result. On the screen and in the app the battery looks good - status is "normal" and 71% Is there a reset I can do? Or another solution (before I send it back...) Thanks! |
