Segway Ninebot es2 Chinese version vs international
 

Hi there guys, iv purchased a Segway Ninebot es2 scooter in Uk and later purchased the second battery. With the second battery i feel that acceleration is quicker, but top speed same 21kmh. I tried flashing software, still no luck with more speed, and i see Segways like mine every day passing me on faster speeds. So maybe because the device was sold in uk it has like a speed limit. Because when i was applying second battery i was promised a top speed up to 35kmh. So can anyone advise me whats the issue her
