Scooter ES2 problem - BMS firmware update

Since you have updated Firmware to 1.3.2 there is no option to recharge the external battery out of the tool!!!, the charger LED changes between RED to GREEN, in earlier firmware version 1.2.2 this doesn't happen ?? - how can this be fixed ?
