Segway Mini - Lite won't switch on - Brand new for Christmas :(
 

Hi,

I bought 2 new Segway Mini Lites back in August for my two kids for Christmas. These have never been opened.

I got them out of the garage today to unbox and fully charge up and then i was going to wrap them up.

However one of them will not switch on, when you plug the charger in the light is constant green.

I have called segway UK support and they said it would have to go back for repair so I won't get it back in time for Christmas to give to my little girl :( so really gutted now.

Does anyone know any way of getting this to switch on? Some sort of reset maybe?? Any help will be appreciated
