need switching power supply
 

Anybody know where I can get this module? Its the first unit that you see when the console cover is taken off, boxed in by 2 white walls, its next to the socket where the cord plugs into outside. Unit is not sending voltage to the batteries to charge.

My guess would be the headquarters...

But if you're not a dealer/Have a special relationship to Dean, i'm not sure you can obtain it... I would measure my way through the PSU, to try to locate the dead component...
Start in the middle, if there's voltage, move closer to the output, if there's nothing, move closer to the input. When you've found the component not letting the power through, replace it and start over...

A switching PSU isn't the worlds most complex circuit ;)
