$2k seems like too much, for what it is, but I'd love to have a PT with this kind of portability.

It's kinda cute, and would be great for smooth, flat pavement on dry days. It could be a dingy for an i2. :D

Does Segway not have patent protection in the countries where Robstep claims to be selling the M1? The company readily admits to copying the HT.

There are a ton of videos of the M1 on YouTube - some impressive, some funny. Check out the 'Out of the box' video, in which the base is referred to as the 'car body', and the noise it makes during self-check as a 'bumming' sound. :eek:

It is my understanding that this is the sound made by the version sold in China.
