Gen1 without key

Hi I’m new in segways and few months ago i fell in love with it.

I have bought few second hand and one of them that i bought was used gen1 without key.

I’m hiding a way to get at key in Japan.
I found the key blue,red,yellow and black key on eBay.
Do this work if i buy it? Or seem like need to register but the old owner past away and his family member selling it without any informations so i only have the Segway itself only without key.

Please give me information :)
Really loving the Segway but its quite difficult to find Segway information in japan.
