I'm pretty sure this site is a spoof. A joke.

If you go to the main page you get headlines like:
-Group Warns Spaying, Neutering Promote Pet Promiscuity

But yeah, out of context that segway pic's caption/article is pretty alarming.

Hey That was taken in Tech Square, the part of campus bordering MidTown Atlanta. And MidTown ATL is the San-Francisco of the south.
Although, Midtown is a huge Flaming Torch for the alternate lifestyle community, I do not think this picture is in any way in its correct context. LLC does all of its promo photography in ATL and a lot of it on the GaTech campus. I'm sure this photo was taken as a part of LLC's marketing photoshoot on one of the days they brought the HTs to campus.
