Now we will soon have 'deep sand' beach tours/rentals along with golf course rentals. And, off-road Segway rentals- great fun. Helmets optional...

I hope that LLC has a good captain that can steer this 'big new ship' in the right direction. It's a challenging course up ahead...

Tom if you would do a business like that, i think they should have a regular rental first, just to be sure they can use it safely.

I'm sure a beginner will be very uncomfortable riding on tough terrain...

I havent tried the X1 but i dont think off roading will be all that easy as riding a regular seg on flat ground.

I deep sand on my segway all the time in pismo 5mph then switch up to 12mph. Its rather enjoyable. I see a XT in the future since the central coast has one of the few off road beaches HuMMMMM?

At the last dealer training meeting James Norrod, along with Dean Kamen, came and talked to our group. They were both really inspirational and I think that Mr. Norrod had some great ideas on getting the Segway name out there. Dean even made the comment that the Segway will be a commodity in 10 years, like the computer, so I have a feeling that there is some big plans.
