eBay seller - feewaysales

I'm new to the Segway and want to buy 2 i-series from an eBay seller "feewaysales". Seems legit as far as I can see. He bought 10 units to start a dealership in San Jose area and is now liquidating. Does anyone have intel on this seller that I should know?

Looks like he's sold a few already with positive results. The only thing I can see wrong is his use of copyrighted images and text to sell the last couple of HTs. He looks to have been a victim of a scam bidder as well, and took a feedback hit as a result. I'd give him a thumbs-up after a cursory inspection of his past performance.
