Yeah, sal... I wonder if it had anything to do with a nice little email I sent him.

Excuses as you'd expect from him, but he got the picture rather quickly. I don't pull any punches when dealing with people trying to scam others. Ebay should be a safe place to do business, free from such scams. I let the guy have it... while I hated to get ugly with the guy, I hated letting him perpetuate this auction under such fraudulent and dubious circumstances.

Maybe I was a little unforgiving on him, but I think he had it coming. I'm not usually such a hard a$$, as you all know!!! ; )

What you are selling is NOT a SEGWAY HUMAN TRANSPORTER. This is a FRAUDULENT AUCTION. Why are you doing this? If you don't amend the auction to reflect that this is NOT a Segway, I will report it to Ebay and you'll have to deal with the consequences. Sorry... Ebay should be a place free from scams and cons. It is bogus! I bought the info now for "12.99", and all it is is a raffle! You pay 7 per ticket and you might get a chance to buy it for $400.00!
