John F., I assume that the reason that you've not gotten a response is that people just don't know. When I watched the video I noticed no closed captions. I don't know much about video cassettes and closed captioning, though. I guess it is automatically shown unlike DVD captions? Anyway, sorry to not be much help. I just hate to see a post not get any reply at all.

I'd like to see a training video that is short but sweet. The current video is very good for owners but I could use a condensed version for my groups...
Also a DVD version wold be good.
