we have reuseable crates that we use to ship show materials/can be made to ship your segway assembled. The 6 sides (plywood) fold flat when you reach your destination, can be reassembled for shipment back. Ship it to your hotel, most hotels will store it in their checked luggage area or you can stack it against the walll in your room. I'll get a photo up and add it to the "Levitator/Transporter" post in the 'Buy/sell section'

The original box works quite well to re-ship. I've kept all mine for that reason and re-sale.
