I found this over in Related Sites and Resources forum and simply signed up by email. It doesn't cost a penny to use this. After you sign up, go up to 'members' and it lists everyone that has already signed up under the 'segwaymeeting'. I have used this site for other gatherings and it has worked quite well. You just type in a message where and when you'd like to meet up and presto-it's done. Just thought others would like to know about it.
