Prices are steady at $3500 used for a decent i, $2900 for a p. There are highs and lows from those figures, but you can expect the prices to remain steady until LLC drops the retail price (not anticipated any time soon). As the warm weather comes on, demand will drive prices up, if anything.

Broken Segways are kind of a rarity, I would guess. They're too expensive to abuse and toss. And most owners are aware of the repair capabilities of LLC and respect their Segways too much to allow them to come to disrepair.
