Texas Law in favor of SEGWAY on the sidewalks went into effect on September 1, 2003.
Why has there been no update to the Seg Laws page for TEXAS?
No helmets required, no age limit imposed, no mention of the word "Pedestrian" in the law.
I have posed this question previously and was told that "whoever" was waiting for someone in the state to provide the details of the legislation - which I provided.
60 days later and the Seg Law link does not - yet - show any details.
