Fun Transport Opening In Las Vegas October 3

Fun Transport, the Nation's first Segway Training and Rental Center, is proud to announce the opening its second Training and Rental Center in Las Vegas on October 3, 2003. We will be opening in conjunction with the opening of the new Fashion Show Mall Expansion and will be located right on the Las Vegas Strip.

We will be offering "Glided Tours" of the strip stopping at the casinos and hotels of your choice. Each group will customize their tour and will go through our Segway Training and then guided down the strip. You will be allowed to stop and shop or gamble at any one of the casinos along the way.

This will be the most unique - and fun - way to experience the Las Vegas Strip.

Congratulations and good luck on your Vegas venture ! I like to go to Vegas, sometimes 5 times a year, and have been wondering just how easy it would be to get around on my Segway. I just got a "p" model, and with it's smaller size I would like to take it along on a trip. Perhaps you can keep us updated on the casinos treatment of Segway users, inside and outside of their casinos , and the pitfalls of the crowded sidewalks and major road intersections with their elevated crossings. Will it be possible to glide all the way from Circus Circus to Mandalay Bay ??? I will definitely stop to see you there in the fall!!
