Looking for tips on the best way to ship a Segway. UPS said they wouldn't take it and Fed X want's over three hundred dollars to ship it. Thank's for you intrest and help.

these are links to boxes thjat you would have to break down the Segway to fit in, in order to meet UPS or Fedex ground regulations.
Both boxes just make the dimension requirements...check it out..

The old "mail boxes etc" place can repack the base into a smaller lighter and sturdy foam filled box......carry the handlebar with you as carry-on . Fed Ex will ship the base for a whole lot less when it's smaller and lighter. keep the box to ship the Segway several times.
