Segway just placed on their website...www.segway.com... A list of Segway rental agencies.

Great - I think a number of people on the list have suggested that there was a need to recognize and work with rental agencies, and Segway has moved to do that.

Birds of a feather glide together, eh Fred? : )

I'm happy Segway asked if I wanted to be featured -- I could sing praise about the HT and the staff behind the machine every moment of my life. The Segway has done more for me than I ever thought possible; my review of it that I provided to the LLC is every bit true and there's no bull in it at all. Just a small way I can give back to a company and a device that has made my life significantly better (and a hell of a lot more fun!).

Take care!

It's all about MONEY. LLC saw the writing on the wall and realized that they could sell a lot more Segs if they were for the rental business.
Money talks.........

Actually that's not true since most of the rental companies are not allowed to sell Segways.

Larry,

I think that the rental companies would be a good place to sell the Seg. They would be better qualified to do the training and selling than an auto dealer.
After all, the rental companies (like yours) are bringing in more people to the Seg market. The more that rent, the more that will most likely purchase one in the future.
So if LLC supports rental companies they are helping their sales go up. I'm sure they would like that.
I see that to be good for everyone, LLC, the rental company and the purchaser.

Neverland is a part of the Segway Pilot program so they were with the company before all this started. Therefore they get some special treatment.

We don't get special treatment. I have been down a road that many people would walk away from. I wish we would get special treatment!

What we have done is shown by example of how to sell, service and rent the Segway product line. We are very focused at what we do. 4 years of doing this is why Segway is with us.

Look for the new stores to open real soon.

Keith:
I wasn't trying to imply that you get special treatment - just because - but because you are part of their pilot program. I do understant that you have been there working with them for a long time and I admire that. I have no problem with how they are handling that. I was just saying that you are different than the rest of us because of the pilot programs.
