battery charging

I have a question for the group. I have an X2 about five years old. In the last six months I haven't been able to charge the rear battery. I find that if the front is charged I swap batterys and then I have both charged. Any ideas on cure? Thank you for any info that follows. Railcar

It may be that the one output on your charger is not functioning. You may consider getting a dealer to look at it and properly diagnose it though. I have heard of this problem occuring before. Being in PA your probably closest to either Segway Of Lehigh Valley or Segway Of Annapolis. Good luck with getting this resolved!
