April 21, 2003 - theadvertiser.com -- Two black ‘personal transports,’ about four feet tall with grip handles, a platform to stand on and foot-high wheels on each side, swayed gently as they idled, riderless, before the city-parish zoning board recently. The transports, called Segway Personal Transports, the devices were demonstrated by Al Hebert of Med Express Ambulance.
