Just received this and tried it out on a known "bad" battery that would not accept a charge. You must have a known "good" battery to use to restore the minimum voltage to the "bad" battery.
Only one battery revived at this time, but the product worked exactly as advertised.
The instructions were clear and the Reviver also came with a voltage meter to help in the process.
I know another Segway user that purchased the Reviver and is very pleased as well.
