Fellow Gliders,
This is breaking but second-hand news.
Someone is providing free lessons and glides on the Segway HT i167 at the FOSE 2003 show at the brand spanking new Washington DC Convention Center from 9:00 AM Tues 8 March until 4:00 PM Thurs 10 March. My associate, Ron, observed a larger-than-normal pipe and drape setup that had 4 or more segways being glided by attendees after a brief lesson. They had at least 4 spotters in the corners of the area and orange cones that made up a mini slalom course. He could not recollect who the sponsor was. The line was long (of course).
