Power button on my i2 key is stuck.

So now I can't turn on one of my Segways. I checked through the how to's and faq's briefly, but didn't stumble across the answer. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this? The other three buttons still work fine, but as i said, the power button is stuck all the way in. Please advise.

Maybe some of your countrymen may be able to advise an alternative route to view the video, because it sounds as if it is exacly the sort of advice you are looking for. I can't seem to find the video on YouTube either.

Not sure why Eric isn't hosting the old video after taking over DFWSeg and changing the name to Texas Segway -- he is hosting David's old video on the tire repair, but, as Rob says, can't find the one on InfoKey repair. Basically, you have 4(?) teeny phillips screws to take it apart. The fix is pretty evident once apart. Be careful of the tiny parts.

one of my infokeys has the same issue except it is the menu button and the worst part is I didn't do anything to it other than put it in my LSF bag after using it....

I'm not sure if the spring is broken or what.

IMO the infokey design is so-so....

Also I was going to take mine apart to try to fix it rather than send it in for warranty but you need a torx bit and my screws have glue in the screws to prevent ppl from taking it apart. I think it is easy to get out though, but it would be evident that you removed it if you still have a warranty.
