I had a great experience at Segway of Central Florida. I first did their tour of Mt. Dora which I would highly recommend. When I decided to purchase my i2, they applied the price of the tour towards my purchase. They were extremely helpful with everything and even shipped some accessories that they didn't have in stock to me free of charge.
