Hmmm, not exactly certain what to think of this one.

It's a bit like Malibu's Most Wanted (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0328099/), but set in the New Zealand version of Irvine, California.

Weird.

I do like that it shows a wide variety of Segway models, if a somewhat limited version of female models. :)

It will be interesting to track the reaction to this clip.

I have a feeling words will be said from the hiphop community. Even a nice x2 isn't exactly the bling of a DUBed out Escalade.

Being a fan of hip hop, I think the song is great. I like the beats and Ethical seems like a kool guy. I'll be downloadin' anything he's got on the net.
Quade, what kind of words do you think will be said?? Segway!? Why, dems fightin' words! Myself, I think it's about time. Part of hip hop is about braggin' about being the best, having the best, making money and being over the top. If you think about it, the Segway is one of the best in personal transportation, one of the most expensive in pt and the coolest in pt. I think it's fair to compare it to a dubbed out SUV.
Any thoughts people??

Well here's my thoughts....

I listened to the song, I liked all the music, the lyrics Hmmmmm. I'm not old fashioned, well okay maybe I am. I use foul language time to time, and perhaps my cool factor is higher in my mind that what the world perceives it to be.

I listened to the song again and I still have mixed feelings, but what do we teach our youngins when we sing about "put them in the air cuz your champ is here". That's really the only part about the song that bugs me. Then again I hear much worse than that on cable tv. I've said much worse than that, but not in front of kids, only with peers, at poker games, locker room, where it is deemed more appropriate.

Society changes, I get it. Many songs (older) are about love, drugs, violence but not so upfront about it. Part of that genre is reading into the lyrics. When you grow up, you get that. I wouldn't buy the song myself, but if it's playin' at a party I can live with it.
