The time listed looks like this to me:

I have only been here for several years. I just found that time, on the second try. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

There is a setting for you to choose your time zone and for you that is GMT-6, not GMT-4 as you are showing. You set it under User CP/Edit Options/Date-Time.
