I cannot find it now but I will keep looking. There is a real product (or was) that does exactly that. I cannot remember the website but the title is in English and then the rest of the site is not. The distributor is/was in California and I spoke with him about his product. If I remember correctly, I offered to buy one and they were going to call me the following week to take the order and it never happened. That could explain why I can't find them anymore. It was an interesting name was an electric, polished version of that, with an mp3 player!

you can do something pretty similar with power-assist and a pair of skates... it isn't too fast though. Better to have someone towing you!

Lets not forget my favorite one where Peter iNova is being towed on skates by his Segway ver. 10. Can't find the link to the picture. I know its at glidewalk. Can anyone post the pic?

They have a video of the Easy glider vs Segway from January of this year. Segway....Easy Gliders biggest competitor.

I think with those small wheels it would be terrible on bumps. I think they need another big wheel like the one in front to ride on. then it will be a two wheeled vehicle. The rider would stand/straddle the wheel hanging or floating on platforms, or patios, directly hanging from the axle. It would have to be rigid or parralel to the front wheel so when it leans to turn so will the rear wheel you straddle. Similar to a skate board except with two wheels not four. Just a longer scooter, but more stable.

I wonder how well it goes in reverse? Or what the turn radius is? Or what category (pedestrian, vehicle, etc. etc.) in New York or San Francisco?
