Providing link to alternate forum outside of Segway Chat

A moderator's time is valuable. I hate to suggestion something that might use up more of their limited time.

However, I feel that providing a link to an alternate forum (outside of Segway Chat) would soften the blow as a moderator chooses to lock an off-topic thread. Then readers would have a clear indication of where to go if they would like to continue the discussion and wouldn't necessarily feel silenced.

I'm hoping the extra effort to provide this link would take less than a minute to dig up. I would also think that after an initial amount of effort, a list of alternate forums outside of Segway Chat would develop and a quick cut and paste would be all that is required.

Actually, I was suggesting that the link be included in any closing reply by a moderator that locks the thread.
