February 3, 2003 - wtnh.com - Harford -- Can't go here, can't go there. What's been described as the way of the future encountered a bumpy road at the state capitol Monday. The Connecticut Police Chief's Association told legislators they oppose the Segway human transporter being allowed on sidewalks for safety reasons.
