View Full Version : Delayed safety shutdown

On my way home tonight I went through a parking lot with several speed bumps. I took one too fast and went airborne briefly, but landed upright, so no problem. (I thought I heard a high-pitched noise while I was in the air.)

I slowed down before going over the next bump, then went down a hill onto the sidewalk and probably 50 feet before the machine decided to do a safety shutdown. I'm pretty sure it was the 'platform fault', with just battery bars and wrench. I restarted and continued home with no problems.

Could the delayed shutdown have been due to my unintended jump? Would it have taken that long to realize I'd done something stupid, or could something be loose? Any ideas?
