Well it looks like turnabout is fairplay after all. Given the recent finding by the Supremes in Kelo v. City of New London that basically allows a government to take your property and transfer it to another individual who would use it better than you, a developer has submitted a proposal to the town offices in Weare NH to build a hotel on property currently owned by Justice Souter. Inasmuch as Justice Souter voted with the majority to allow such takings it strikes me as a fitting tribute to the decision.
