How do I get a photo album on here?

I thought everyone had a photo album. There was a string about that at one point. You should do a search.

Everyone was set up with them who was active on the chat at that time. I don't think they happen automatically. I just checked, and he's there.

Well, you have an album, so we need to see if we can troubleshoot this.
1. where are you getting your error message? (login, upload?)
2. what are you trying to do at the time?
3. what OS and browser are you using?
4. what size pictures are you trying to load? (there's a size limit)
3. what are you naming the pictures? (I find 8 letters or less, no spaces works best in a name)
Let's see if we can get this to work..

Hey Pam, I get this error whenever I try to upload a picture. It happens when using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari.

It's been that way for months.

File size = 60k

Just tried again. Answering Pam's questions:

1. On upload
2. Doing nothing else
3. WinXP Pro/ Mozilla-Firefox
4. 36k
5. 6 letters, jpg, with no spaces

I've tried reducing the pic bytes, renaming all kinds of ways, no go! With and without adding text. No go.

What am I doing wrong?

OK, I just tried both with firefox and with IE (I have both) - I think there's a conflict of some sort with firefox. Try using Explorer to upload your picture. If you still have problems, contact me offlist and I'll see what I can do for you.

Rich, I just uploaded, so I know it will work.
the filename should be fine, the size should be fine. Are you browsing to get to the filename? That seems to be the surest way to be sure everything matches perfectly. The only other thing I could think is that in the notes area where you make the comments, there might be a character that it's having a problem with.
