MiniPRO APP
I can't log on to the APP, I just get the spinning circle of death.
I was able to sign up and use the app to get the Segway up and running and even played with the lights on Monday but I haven't been able to log on since then. Maybe I'm doing something wrong because smart phones are new to me. Is anyone else having a problem logging on to the app? Is there another way to get control of my machine? |

Bluetooth nightmares
Try rebooting your phone by fully powering it off. If that doesn't work, you could try removing and reinstalling the app.
You really don't need the app after you have completed the tutorial. Completing the tutorial unlocks all the capability of the segway. After that, the app is more of a gimmick. The app does provide firmware upgrades to the Minipro but I haven't seen a need to upgrade continuously since it seems to work fine as is. |

Just a half hour ago I was able to log on. I was concerned about the 10 mph top speed being permanently locked a 6 mph training speed. I turned off the 6 mph limit now.
From what you say I guess it wouldn't have been an issue, good to know. |

I've noticed on my android I need to open the bluetooth and tell it to allow the phone to be visible to other bluetooth devices (a check box to that effect). I have also had problems getting connected if it's asking to upgrade the firmware. Once I cancel that and click on the vehicle icon at the bottom it usually automatically connects. I'm on the 4.0.6 version of the App. Still trying to find out if the 4.1.1 is any better or worse.
