Seggie Red Tail light
We created this tail light 2 years ago to use at our Segway rental shop. We use the red tail lights quite frequently, especially when we run our Segways at night. Easy-to-install light, from box to Segway. No tools needed to install. No assembly required. Easy On, Easy Off switch. Up to 100 hours run time! Provides two modes (flashing and steady light). It is powered by a disc battery (CR2032) found at most drug stores. Not powered by Segway battery!
Asking $30.00 + $6.00 shipping and handling |

Cool....Put a Mercury switch in there and it would be a running light/break light!

Bet not....The Seg batteries are over 73 volts DC...Would need a very odd bulb.....But add a resister to it it may work....

It appears to me that the charging port is merely a very convenient mounting place for the benign receptacle which supports the independent battery powered tail light. What a great idea!
